Don Jazzy, a seasoned producer of Nigerian music whose real name is Michael Collins Ajereh, has advised Nigerian musicians to use Davido’s promotional strategy as a model.
According to Viztadaily News, Davido has been touring the country with his fourth studio album, “Timeless,” to promote it to the media.

Don Jazzy encouraged other Nigerian performers to follow in the singer’s footsteps while praising his music promotion techniques for his most recent album.
The head of Marvin claimed that despite being an established musician, Davido didn’t just sit back but instead actively promoted his record.
Don Jazzy stated, “Dear musicians, I hope you can see how Davido is marketing his record,” in a tweet on Monday. He did not say,
“Well, I’m OBO so that everyone gets my crap. Promoting the gorgeous thing you worked so hard on doesn’t take away from your swag.
According to Viztadaily Blog Post, since its release, Davido’s album “Timeless” has broken numerous streaming records,
including the highest charting album by an African artist on US Apple Music (peaked at Number 2),
the first African album to reach Number One on US iTunes Albums Chart, and the largest album first-day streams in Audiomack history.
