22 died in Large-Scale Fire in Rajkot, Gujarat, Gaming Zone; Rescue Operations

Rajkot Police Commissioner Raju Bhargav informed the reporters, ‘There is information of some casualties and a fire broke out at the TRP gaming zone;’

Rajkot: According to authorities, a large fire that started at a gaming area in Rajkot, Gujarat, on Saturday night claimed the lives of twenty-two individuals. There is an ongoing relief and rescue effort.
‘We have confirmed that 22 people died in the fire event thus far. Assistant Commissioner of Police Vinayak Patel stated, “It is difficult to identify the bodies because they are completely burned.’

‘Very saddened by the Rajkot fire incident. I am sending up prayers and thoughts to everyone who has lost a loved one. Offerings of prayer for the hurt. Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that ‘the local administration is working to provide all possible assistance to those affected.’

I am devastated to hear of the deaths caused by a fire at a Rajkot, Gujarat, gaming area. My thoughts and prayers are with the families of those who have lost loved ones, especially small children. President Droupadi Murmu said, I pray to the Almighty for the quick recovery of those being rescued.

Officials were directed by Chief Minister, Bhupendra Patel to give priority to making plans for the injured people’s emergency care.

‘As a consequence to the catastrophe caused by fire in Rajkot’s game zone, directives for the quick relief and rescue operations have been sent to the municipality’s corporation and the the management.’ Chief Minister of Gujarat Bhupendra Patel added, ‘It has also issued an order to prioritize plans for the injured people’s emergency care;’

‘The search and rescue is underway. The fire has been put out. As many bodies as possible must be recovered, which is our aim. As of right now, about twenty bodies have been discovered; these have been brought to the hospital for further investigation. There will be an investigation. Yuvraj Singh Solanki is the owner of the gaming area. Raju Bhargava, the commissioner of police of Rajkot, stated, ‘We will be filing an offense for the deaths that have happened and the negligence that has occurred.’

‘I am unable to determine what caused the fire. It has to be looked into. Numerous fire engines have been dispatched, and rescue operations are currently ongoing. We’ll talk to representatives of the fire brigade about the appropriate course of action,’ he continued.According to the most recent and breaking news, an NDTVA fire officer told ANI, ‘The cause of the fire is still unknown. The efforts to put out the fire are in progress. No missing person’s message has reached us. Due to the makeshift building collapsing and the wind speed, we are having trouble combating the fire.
