Biden’s Justice Department never stops exposing the filthy laundry of his family.

The president’s Biden’s Justice Department is not stopping in revealing details about the conflict within Joe Biden’s renownedly closed family.

In her 2022 biography, Kathleen Buhle, the ex-wife of Hunter, stated that she gave her mother instructions not to disclose Beau Biden’s illness: ‘After twenty years with the Bidens, I realized that everything in the Family was supposed to be kept private.’
The special counsel’s office stated in this week’s court filings and the initial indictments that the following items would be used in the upcoming trials:

Hunter and Buhle’s divorce
text exchanges with his daughter and other family members
Images and recordings of him using crack cocaine
Money receipts for purchases of clothing and “various women”
tax records from Lunden Roberts, the woman Hunter had a kid with, although at first he denied being the father.
Enlarge: Buhle, his sister-in-law and former partner Hallie Biden, and maybe Roberts will testify in the June 3rd Wilmington trial over his false statements about his drug use on a firearms form, according to the documents.

Hunter’s writings are also included by Weiss at the depths of his addiction at the time he was allegedly caught buying a pistol and declaring on the application that he wasn’t an addict.
Hunter texted Hallie on November 3, 2018, saying, ‘I’m a liar and a thief and a blamer and a user and I’m delusional and an addict unlike beyond and above I’ve destroyed every relationship I’ve ever valued, along with all the other addicts you know.’ Included in a single file created on May 20 is this text message.

In between the words: Former U.S. attorney and University of Michigan law professor Barbara McQuade told the Washington Post that the filings were strange.

Weiss could have shared all of this information with Biden’s counsel without putting it in if he had wished to put pressure on Biden.’ a public record,’ she informed the publication.
‘Not sure what he succeeds in completing by filing it in public because other than perhaps encouraging those who witnessed it to urge Biden to enter a confession guilty.’

Though he worked in George W. Bush’s Justice Department, Berkeley Law School professor John Yoo disagreed, telling Axios that ‘the details were certainly eye-catching, but they also show that he was spending money that seemed to exceed his declared income.’
What they’re saying: A representative for the Justice Department stated that they couldn’t comment further on the filings.

Buhle, the White House, and Hunter’s attorney all declined to comment.

It was not possible to get in touch with Hallie Biden for a remark.
Next up: This week, according to Weiss’ office, they will use communications and demonstrates from Hunter Biden’s laptop, including the According to the government, they acquired it in the months following his 2019 departure from a repair shop.

Prior to the 2020 election, Democrats first classified the laptop as possibly containing Russian disinformation.
However, Weiss’s office stated in a document on Wednesday that ‘there is substantial evidence of the defendant’s guilt on the defendant’s laptop, which is real and will be introduced as a trial exhibit.’

It is anticipated that Hunter’s side would contest the validity of the data taken from the laptop throughout the trial.
Some of the chaotic aftermath of Hunter and Buhle’s divorce, especially throughout the 2020 presidential race, is disclosed in Weiss’s filings.

Buhle filed a lawsuit against Hunter in June 2019, shortly after Biden entered the presidential primary and Hunter remarried. Washington, D.C., ‘primarily because the accused party stopped submitting spousal maintenance payments and turned down for to provide banking information records,’ as stated in the special counsel’s indictment from December of last year, which claimed Biden had violated tax rules.

Since Hunter ‘continually stonewalled the production of financial records,’ she carried on the lawsuit into 2020, according to Weiss.
Axios was informed by a person with knowledge of the situation that the dispute has not yet been entirely settled.

In summary, both Buhle and Hallie Biden have avoided the White House during Biden’s administration, despite the fact that their kids have frequently visited.
