According to British media, Liverpool and Feyenoord reached an agreement on Friday for Arne Slot to take over as manager in place of Jurgen Klopp.
According to the Press Association, a settlement has been reached for the 45-year-old, whose contract had two years remaining.
Liverpool Agree
According to the BBC, the transaction might be worth up to £9.4 million (10.9 million euros).
Slot had declared on Thursday that he was “confident” about getting the position at Anfield.
I’d like to visit Liverpool.” I’m currently waiting to see whether the clubs can come to a consensus. I have a lot of faith in that,” he told the press.
In, Slot relocated to Feyenoord in 2021 following his successful debut as a manager at AZ Alkmaar.
He led the Dutch behemoths to their first-ever Europa Conference League final at the conclusion of his rookie campaign, but Roma, under by Jose Mourinho, narrowly overcame them.

The previous season, Slot gave De Kuip just his second league title in twenty-four years before signing a new three-year contract.
After nine years in charge, during which time Liverpool won the Champions League in 2019 and the Premier League trophy the following year, Klopp will stand down at the end of this season.
‘I enjoy watching his football team play. When asked to emphasize Slot’s talents, Klopp told reporters on Friday, ‘If he is the one, I like that he wants it.’
‘I’m not sure,’ him, yet some of his acquaintances claim that he’s a kind man. That is really nice. Good man, good coach. In terms of the club, I’m overjoyed if he turns out to be the man or the solution.
‘It’s the world’s greatest club and job together. Fantastic folks, amazing team, and excellent work. A truly fascinating position.
PSV Eindhoven leads the Eredivisie table by nine points, with Feyenoord now in second place.
Slot would be disappointed if Liverpool were to lose the Dutch championship, just as Klopp is frustrated with Liverpool’s own struggling title campaign.
In the Premier League, Liverpool is currently in third position, two points behind second-place Manchester City and three behind leaders Arsenal.
Arsenal and Liverpool, who appear to have lost their opportunity following losses to Crystal Palace and Everton, both have a game against City coming up.
