The first mother of Wizkid, singer Ayodeji Balogun, also known as Shola Ogudu, has disclosed that she was unaware of her pregnancy until 5 months along with the child.

First and foremost, congratulations! Whether this news brings excitement, anxiety, or a mix of both, it’s a big deal.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, that’s completely normal. It might help to take a moment to process everything.

Have you had a chance to talk to Shola about how you’re feeling? Open communication can be really beneficial, especially when navigating such a life-changing situation.

You might also want to consider what this means for you moving forward. Are there any immediate steps you feel you need to take?

Whether it’s scheduling a doctor’s appointment, thinking about your support system, or even just taking some time for self-care, it’s important to prioritize your well-being during this time.

If you’re feeling uncertain about the future, remember that there are many resources available to help you.

Connecting with friends, family, or even support groups can provide you with the guidance and reassurance you might need.

It’s also a good idea to educate yourself about pregnancy and parenting, as knowledge can empower you and help ease any worries you may have.

Lastly, don’t forget to take care of yourself. Pregnancy can be physically and emotionally demanding, so make sure you’re eating well, staying active (as much as you can), and finding moments to relax.

Whether it’s through meditation, reading, or simply enjoying a favorite hobby, nurturing yourself is key.

Remember, you’re not alone in this journey.

Many people have gone through similar experiences and have come out stronger on the other side. Embrace the support around you, and take things one step at a time. You’ve got this!
